7. Honey – Lemon – Ginger Tea

Adding lemon tea in your regular diet can help you to lose belly fat. But make sure you also continue with your workout and yoga routine.Health benefits of this tea makes it a popular weight loss drink, therefore people are using lemon widely to reduce excess fat.Being a rich source of vitamin C, it boosts the collagen production, a compound that makes the skin clear and youthful.Drinking warm honey water after waking up in the morning is also beneficial for weight loss.

Ingredients:½ tbsp. honey2 cups water1 Tbsp. lemon juice1 Tbsp. chopped ginger1 Tbsp. tea leaves

How to prepare:Take 2 cups of filtered water in a pan and keep it on heat for boiling. Add some chopped ginger in the boiling water. Keep it until the ginger leaves a light green color into the water. Remove the pan from the stove. Now add 1 tbsp. of lemon juice and honey. Strain it. Drink it regularly for fast weight loss

Drinking green tea is one of the ancient ways of weight loss and it helps to unlock the fat cells.Doctors suggest that regular consumption of 3-5 cups of green tea will make your body slim and fit. So keep drinking and stay healthy as it’s one of the most effective ways to reduce weight naturally.

Ingredients:​Green tea bagsHot water4-5 Basil leavesLemon juiceHoneyIf you have green tea powder, then you can take half tbsp. of it.

How to prepare:Take a cup of hot water and dip a green tea bag into it for few minutes until the color of water changes into light green. After a few minutes, take out the tea bags and add one tbsp. of honey along with few drops of lemon juice. Mix them well and it now ready to drink.

9. Mint Tea

​The health benefits of mint leaves are vast and similar to green tea. Drinking mint tea will soothe your upset stomach and heart burn while helping you to lose belly fat.

Ingredients:​Fresh mint leaves2 cups of filtered waterHoney

How to prepare:Take the fresh leaves, and tear them with your hands. Now keep the crushed leaves in a small strainer placed over the teapot. Bring the boiled water and pour it over the leaves. The water should fall on the crushed leaves.It’s time to cover the teapot to let the leaves steep for 5 minutes. Gently press the mint leaves to extract the oils from them. Remove the strainer and pour the tea into a cup. To add sweetness, mix in with honey.
