9 Effective DIY Weight Loss Drinks Part 2

​Green Weight Loss Drinks

Green smoothies also called as “weight loss smoothies”. Drink at least 3-4 smoothies in a week to rejuvenate your skin and body. If you want to include them in your weight loss goal, then one green smoothie is enough for a day in the morning.Give these weight loss drinks a try and you’ll get a fit and slim body.

4. Strawberry orange green smoothie

Smoothies with strawberry, orange, and spinach are one of my favorite green smoothie ingredients. Along with almond milk, it fulfills the proteins requirement for the body. It also stimulates the metabolism and helps to lose weight while improving digestion.

Ingredients:1 orange peeled6-8 strawberries8-10 spinach leaves1 cup almond milk

How to prepare:Start with almond milk as a base and mix all the ingredients in a blender. For more sweetness, you can add more fruits and for a spicy flavor, mix with a few tbsp. of lemon juice. No drinks can beat the effectiveness of this weight loss drink.

5. Green Vanilla Almond Smoothie

The green smoothie for weight loss tastes like a vanilla shake, hence the name “Vanilla Almond Smoothies”. Every ingredient plays a key role in adding a flavor to this weight loss drink.You can’t say “No” to this drink as it helps to reduce the belly fat too and make your waist slim. The amount of ingredients is enough to serve 2 people, and per serving you will get with 180 calories, 6 g fat, 11 g protein, 8 g sugar, 3 g fiber.

Ingredients:1 cup unsweetened coconut water2 cups baby spinach1 frozen banana2 Tbsp. almond butter2 Tbsp. organic vanilla extract4 Tbsp. protein powder1 cup ice

How to prepare:Mix all the ingredients in the blender, and blend until it becomes smooth. Serve it immediately.

6. Spicy-Ginger Pineapple Green Juice for weight loss

For flat tummy, try to select the fresh vegetables, to gain the healthy nutrients and essentials vitamins as these will help to preserve the vital enzymes that are necessary to activate the fat burning mechanism.The ingredients for these green smoothies are enough to serve two people. Per serving you will get 90 calories, 0.5 g fat, 3 g protein, 15 g sugar, 0 g fiber

Ingredients:3 cups baby spinach1 medium cucumber¾ cup fresh pineapple1 tablespoon fresh ginger root

How to prepare:Mix all the ingredients into a juicer until it becomes smooth. Serve it immediately.
