1. Your blood sugar is very low in the morning, which is perfect for burning fat!

low blood sugar in the morningIn the morning, your blood sugar is very low, because your haven’t eaten anything for 8-10 hours, so when you do my workouts, your body will need to transform your body fat into glucose in order to get energy.

As we know, the best source of energy is food, but since you haven’t given your body any food for the last 10 hours, it will use his own fat reserves for energy.

Another thing you should know is that when you exercise after eating – which is what most people do –  you will only burn the calories from the food you have eaten, not the fat you want to burn, so exercising on your empty stomach will burn your stored body fat.

Now I am sure you are thinking that you will not have enough strength to do my workouts or that you will lose muscle….

Well, do not worry about these 2, as my workouts are very short (only 18 minutes long including warm up and stretching) and since they are a form of HIIT (high intensity interval training), you will not lose any muscle….
